If the proposed work involves the removal of any public trees or planting of a public tree, the applicant shall file with the Municipal Forestry Manager plans and specifications showing the location, size, and species of any trees to be planted; and any existing or planned buildings, street lights, traffic signals or signs, pavement, sidewalk, curb cut or public utilities. Such plans and specifications shall be in such form and include such additional information as may be required by the Municipal Forestry Manager.
