909.05 FEES FOR PERMITS.

Fees for permits for the planting, pruning, or removal of public trees shall be based on the estimated cost of the planned work and shall be as provided in Chapter 105. Fees for annual permits shall be based on the same formula. The permit shall remain in force for one calendar year.
