Whoever violates any provision of this chapter or fails to comply therewith, or any requirement thereof, shall, for each and every violation or non-compliance, be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less than ten dollars nor more than fifty dollars, and each day during which such violation shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
