Any type of tree permitted by this chapter shall not be planted within 45 feet of any other tree planted in the tree lawn except that a special permit may be obtained where circumstances show a minimum of 40-feet spacing. Provided, however, that no tree shall be planted in a tree lawn within 20 feet of an intersecting street.
