It shall be unlawful for any individual, partnership or corporation to plant, remove, trim, spray or tamper with any tree within a tree lawn (space between curb and sidewalk) on any street within the Village of Highland Hills without first obtaining a permit from the Service Department of the Village of Highland Hills. The fee for said permit shall be as provided in Chapter 105 and shall cover the cost of inspection by the Service Department.
