793.09 APPEALS.

Appeals from any ruling of the Finance Director under this chapter shall be made to the Tax Review Board pursuant to Section 181.48 et seq. of the Codified Ordinances of the Village and the Tax Review Board, shall have the authority to annul, modify or affirm any such ruling appealed from in conformity with the intent and purpose of this chapter.
