(b) Wireless Telecommunications Facilities. The following fees shall be charged for permits to construct, renovate or install wireless telecommunications facilities:
(1) New wireless telecommunications tower and facility | $1,000.00 |
(2) Addition to or renovation of existing tower or facility | $400.00 |
(3) New wireless telecommunications antenna (per installation) | $200.00 - 500.00 |
(4) Co-location of wireless telecommunications antenna on existing tower or building | $200.00 - 500.00 |
(c) Schedule of Fees for Zoning Requests:
(1) Structural addition, outbuilding, fences, driveways, parking areas, pools and other accessory uses in a district | $25.00 |
(2) New single family home construction/lot split | $50.00 |
(3) Subdivision (3 to 5 lots) | $150.00 |
(4) Subdivision (more than 5 lots) | $250.00 |
(5) Planned Unit Development/Multi-family and all other non-residential with construction value of $5,000,000 or less | $500.00* |
(6) Planned Unit Development/Multi-family and all other non-residential with construction value of more than $5,000,000 | $2,500.00* |
* This fee represents a deposit amount - Actual review expenses will be charged against the deposit amount, all work will cease; the applicant must submit an additional deposit amount to continue the review process. Such additional deposits shall be determined by the Zoning Administrator but shall not exceed $2,500.00 for each deposit.
