741.99 PENALTY.

   (a)   Whoever violates any provision of Section 741.01 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both, for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (b)   The violation of Section 741.02 is hereby declared to be a first degree misdemeanor punishable as set forth in Section 501.99 of the General Offenses Code.
