715.17 JUDICIAL RELIEF.
   The Village or any person aggrieved by a violation of any provision of this Chapter may apply to any court of competent jurisdiction for appropriate relief from such violation, including but not limited to:
   (a)   Injunctive relief or an order otherwise compelling compliance with this chapter.
   (b)   Compensatory damages, and/or punitive damages not to exceed $1,000.
   (c)   Reasonable attorney's fees and costs provided that said complainant, in the opinion of the court, is not financially able to assume said attorney's fees and/or
   (d)   Such other or further relief as is appropriate for the enforcement of this chapter and the elimination of violations thereof.
