Grounds for suspension or revocation of an armed security guard license or a license to operate a private security service are:
(a) A violation of any of the provisions of this chapter;
(b) A conviction of a felony or misdemeanor involving the use, or threat of the use, of force or violence against a person, or an offense involving moral turpitude;
(c) Giving a false statement to a law enforcement officer; or
(d) Giving false testimony or perjury
