555.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Any minor child who violates any of the provisions of this chapter is an unruly child and is subject to the jurisdiction of the Juvenile Court. Such child section shall be referred to the Juvenile Court of Cuyahoga County for disposition under the laws in such cases made and provided.
   (b)   Each violation of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
   (c)   Every member of the police force, while on duty is hereby authorized to detain any such minor willfully violating the provisions of this chapter. The officer, upon taking the minor into custody shall immediately communicate with the parent or guardian of said minor, who will be required to be present to obtain the minor's release from custody.
   (d)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for a first offense. For a second offense, a violation shall be punishable as a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. For a third or subsequent offense, violation of this section shall be punishable as a misdemeanor of the first degree. Punishment shall be as provided under Section 501.99.
