The comprehensive plan of the city, as set forth in Ord. 31-95, passed 10-19-1995, and all subsequent amendments thereto, is hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this code as if set out at length herein. A copy of the plan shall be maintained in the office of the City Clerk-Treasurer and shall be available for public inspection during normal business hours.
