§ 91.04 POSSESSION OR USE OF BOMBS OR MISSILES PROHIBITED.

During the existence of a civil emergency as proclaimed under § 91.02, no person shall make, carry, possess or use any type of gasoline or petroleum base fire bomb, “Molotov Cocktail” or other incendiary missile.
