(a) The law enforcement Trust Fund is hereby established to enable the Village of Hicksville to receive assets which are obtained as a result of forfeiture(s) pursuant to Ohio R.C. 2981.13.
(b) All assets received from forfeitures are deemed appropriated and the appropriate Village officials are authorized to make expenditures for any law enforcement purpose which is consistent with the rules, regulations and purpose for which the fund is established under the laws of the State of Ohio.
