These regulations are not intended to repeal any existing ordinances (resolutions) including subdivision regulations, zoning or building codes. In the event of a conflict between these regulations and any other ordinance (resolution), the more restrictive shall be followed. These regulations are not intended to repeal, abrogate or impair any existing easements, covenants or deed restrictions. However, where this chapter and another ordinance, easement, covenant or deed restriction conflict or overlap, whichever imposes the more stringent restrictions shall prevail.
