Every individual tax payer who resides in the Village and provides substantial proof that he or she is a full-time college student shall be given a credit of up to fifty dollars ($50.00) on his or her first five thousand dollars ($5,000) of taxable income. This credit will only apply if there is tax liability after the individual receives credit for any taxes paid to other municipalities. Refunds will be issued only on the first five thousand dollars ($5,000) of income subject to withholding for the Village.
