1305.10 COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION.

Notwithstanding that the provisions of this chapter do not pertain to any commercial or industrial construction within the Village, all new commercial or industrial construction work, repair and/or remodeling work shall be required to comply with the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance, water regulations, regulations pertaining to street excavations and all other ordinances pertaining thereto.
