1305.02 ENFORCEMENT.

The Zoning Inspector shall be appointed by the Mayor, subject to the approval of Council, and shall have the power and duty to enforce the provisions of this chapter. All fees provided herein shall be paid to the Fiscal Officer. All permits shall be issued by the Zoning Inspector.
