1507.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter, or who fails to comply with an order as affirmed or modified by the Fire Department, shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00).

(b) A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
