1505.07 FIRES IN STREETS; PARKS.

No person or persons shall kindle, or cause to be kindled any fire in or upon any of the street, lanes, alleys or public ways, nor build fires in any parks or any of the public recreational places within the limits of the Village, unless the same be confined within a proper and safe receptacle.
