There is hereby adopted the Rehabilitation Standards and Principles, as attached to original Ordinance 98-16, passed May 18, 1998, and incorporated herein by reference, as amended from time to time, which shall be used for the Downtown Improvement District. The Downtown Improvement District shall consist of High Street bounded on the east by Maple Avenue and on the west end up to and including the properties owned or occupied by the Hicksville Community Library on the north side of High Street and on the south side of Main Street terminating at the properties commonly known as Bob's Auto Garage and from the intersection of Main and High Streets north to all buildings presently owned or occupied by the Village of Hicksville. A true and complete copy of the Standards shall be kept on file at the Village's principle office by the Village Administrator.
