1165.30 EASEMENTS TO BE MAINTAINED.
   These easements are shown on the Zoning Map of 1950 prepared by Charles Hatch & Associates, Toledo, and are hereby included and reaffirmed in the Zoning Ordinance:
   (a)   Parcel A. A strip of land twenty-five feet wide running northeasterly from the northeast side of Bryan Street to the northeast lot line of lot No. 39 Edgerton Second Addition and being parallel to and 200 feet northwesterly from the northwest side of High Street.
   (b)   Parcel B. The northeasterly twenty-five feet of lot No. 39 Edgerton Second Addition and extending northwesterly to Parcel A.
   (c)   Parcel C. A strip of land twenty-five feet wide running northeasterly from the northeast side of Bryan Street to the northeast lot line of lot No. 9 just northeasterly of S. & J. Bares Addition and being parallel to and 200 feet southeasterly from the southeast side of High Street.
   (d)   Parcel D. The northeasterly twenty-five feet of lot No. 9 just northeasterly of S. & J. Bares Addition.
