1161.08 MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT (R-4).

The purpose of the R-4 District is to permit the establishment of medium density, single, two and multiple-family dwellings, not to exceed four dwellings per acre. Municipal sewer and water services are required.
