1161.07 MEDIUM-LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT (R-3).

The purpose of the R-3 District is to encourage the establishment of medium-low density single, two and three-family dwellings, not to exceed three dwelling units per gross acre. Municipal sewer and water services are required.
