1153.09 PROCEDURE AND REQUIREMENTS FOR APPEALS AND VARIANCES.

Appeals and variances shall conform to the procedures and requirements of Sections 1153.10 to 1153.18. As specified in Section 1153.07, the Board of Zoning Appeals has appellate jurisdiction relative to appeals and variances.
