1153.04 DUTIES OF THE COMMISSION.
   For the purpose of the Zoning Ordinance the Planning Commission shall have the following duties
   (a)   Initiate proposed amendments to the Zoning Ordinance;
   (b)    Review all proposed amendments to the Zoning Ordinance and make recommendations to Council as specified in Chapter 1157;
   (c)    Review all planned unit developments and recommendations to Council as provided in Chapter 1177.
