(a) Street name signs, of a type in use throughout the Municipality shall be erected and paid for by the subdivider at all intersections.
(b) Whenever a new street is constructed along the approximate alignment or extension of an existing street, its name shall be the same as that of the existing one.
(c) Whenever a cul-de-sac street serves not more than three lots, the name of the intersecting street shall apply to the cul-de-sac.
(d) To avoid duplication and confusion, the proposed names of all streets shall be approved by Council prior to such names being assigned or used.
