1117.15 EASEMENTS.

Easements at least twenty feet in width centered along rear or side lot lines shall be provided where necessary for sanitary sewers, gas mains, water lines and electric lines. Easements shall be provided along every water course, storm sewer, drainage channel or stream within a subdivision, as provided for in Section 1117.16.
