The final plat shall be filed with the Planning Commission not later than twelve months after the date of approval of the preliminary plat; otherwise it shall be considered void unless an extension is requested by the developer and granted in writing by the Commission. Filing shall be at least ten days preceding the monthly meeting of the Planning Commission to be considered at that meeting.
