The subdivider should meet with the Planning Commission or its designated representative prior to submitting the preliminary plat. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss early and informally the purpose and effect of these Regulations and the criteria and standards contained therein; and to familiarize the developer with zoning regulations, appropriate drainage, sewerage and water systems.
