1105.03 JURISDICTION.

These Regulations shall be applicable to all subdivisions of land within the incorporated area of the Municipality, where Council will have final approval. The Planning Commission may request advice from the Defiance Countywide Planning Commission to insure compliance with the Defiance County Comprehensive Plan.
