A finding by any court or other jurisdiction that any part or provision of these regulations is invalid shall not affect the validity of any other part or provision of these regulations which can be given effect without the invalid parts or provisions. A determination that any portion or provision of this overlay protection district is invalid shall not invalidate any special permit previously issued there.
