Each individual resident or unit dwelling shall be provided with an appropriate container to place garbage and/or refuse into and an appropriate container to place recycling into according to the rules of the contractor for pickup by the contractor on behalf of the Village. No garbage refuse or recycling will be picked up that is not placed in the appropriate container with the exception of the two items of bulky refuse on the scheduled pick up date.
