951.07 BILLING.

The charges provided for herein, shall be collected by the Village Administrator or his authorized representative. He shall bill in the same manner as he bills for other municipal utilities, commencing on the effective date of this chapter. Utility deposits shall be applied for payment of these charges in the same manner as for other municipal utilities.
