(a) Garbage, refuse and recycling shall be picked up at each residence once a week, conditions permitting.
(b) All refuse, garbage and recycling containers shall be placed at the curb before 7:00 a.m. on the scheduled pickup day for each residence, but not before 2:00 p.m. on the day preceding the scheduled pickup day. Containers are to be removed from the curb as soon as possible after collections, but no later than 7:00 p.m. of the same day.
(c) The Village will not pick up or remove construction refuse, heavy refuse or yard waste. Persons owning construction refuse or heavy refuse shall cause the same to be removed from the Village at their own expense.
