911.03 SERVICE OF NOTICE TO REMOVE LITTER.

A marshal, police officer, the Village Fiscal Officer, or a deputy, may make service and return of the notice provided for in Section 911.02 and the fees therefor shall be the same as are allowed for service and return of summons in civil cases before a magistrate.
