711.99 PENALTY.
   (a)    Whoever violates Section 711.03 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
   (b)    Whoever violates Section 711.04 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
   (c)    Each day on which a violation occurs or continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
