711.02 NUISANCES.

The operation, erection, establishment and maintenance of a place or places by any person for the purpose of carrying on or engaging in the operation of a junkyard as defined in Section 711.01 within the Village is hereby declared to be a nuisance and an impairment to the health, safety and public welfare of the residents of the Village.
