(a) No person shall keep, harbor or maintain any horses, mules, cattle, sheep, goats, swine, rabbits, chickens, geese or other fowl or animals, except dogs and cats, within one hundred feet of the inhabited dwellings of any other person.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
