(a) The following bonds shall be accepted if paid within forty-eight hours of the listed offense as follows:
Section 351.03
(a) On a sidewalk, except a bicycle $ 5.00
(b) In front of a public or private driveway 15.00
(c) Within an intersection 25.00
(d) Within ten feet of a fire hydrant 50.00
(e) On a crosswalk 15.00
(f) Within twenty feet of a crosswalk at an intersection 5.00
(g) Within thirty feet of, and upon the approach to,
Any flashing beacon, stop sign or traffic control device 5.00
(h) Between a safety zone and the adjacent curb or within thirty feet of points on the curb immediately opposite the end of a safety zone, unless a different length is indicated by a traffic control device 15.00
(i) Within fifty feet of the nearest rail of a railroad crossing 5.00
(j) Within twenty feet of a driveway entrance to any fire station and, on the side of the street opposite the entrance to any fire station, within seventy-five feet of the entrance when it is properly posted with signs 50.00
(k) Alongside or opposite any street excavation or obstruction when such standing or parking would obstruct traffic 5.00
(l) Alongside any vehicle stopped or parked at the edge or curb of a street 5.00
(m) Upon any bridge or other elevated structure upon a street, or within a street tunnel 5.00
(n) At any place where signs prohibit stopping, standing or parking, or where the curbing is painted yellow, or at any place in excess of the maximum time limited by signs 10.00
(o) Within one foot of another parked vehicle 5.00
(p) On the roadway portion of a freeway, expressway or thruway 15.00
Section 351.04
(a) More than twelve inches from a curb 5.00
(c) Other than in the direction of travel 5.00
(f) Handicap locations 50.00
Section 351.05
Manner of angle parking 25.00
(b) The fine for all violations not specifically stated shall, if payment is made within forty-eight hours of the time of the violation, be twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
(c) Any bond established by this section shall be accepted as payment in full of any penalty for a specific parking violation if it is paid within forty-eight hours of the time of the violation.
