343.13 REPORTING OF BICYCLE SALES.

Any person engaged in the business of buying or selling bicycles within the Village limits shall make a report to the Chief of Police of each bicycle sold to a resident of the Village. The report shall list the make, model, serial number of the bicycle and the name and address of the purchaser.
