The Village of Hicksville Job Creation Tax Incentive Program shall remain in effect after its reinstatement and be extended from said effective date until May 31, 2024. Any agreements entered into prior to the ending date of May 31, 2024 shall remain in effect until the full length of the contract has expired. The Executive Director of the Defiance County Economic Development Office shall file a program performance report with the Village of Hicksville no later than May 1st of each calendar year. The report shall outline the total number of qualified businesses participating in the program, the total number of new jobs, the total number of maintained jobs and the qualifying company payroll that was approved for the previous calendar year pursuant to the terms of this program.
