After the applicant has maintained the qualifying new payroll in place for one full calendar year, the tax credit incentive payments will be paid to the applicant. The Village of Hicksville Clerk/Treasurer will pay the applicant the amount of the incentive tax credit payments as agreed upon in the agreement between the parties.
