151.04 COMPENSATION.

The Youth Director for the Village Ohio Community Cable Television Station shall be compensated at the rate of $2,500 per year plus one-half of all underwriting fees generated from any program that is created by the Youth Director for the Village Ohio Community Cable Television Station Payments shall be made in monthly installments.
