(a) No employee will engage in the unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensing, possession or use of a controlled substance on the property or during business hours while in the employment of elected officers and Municipal agencies, including, but not limited to, Municipal offices, departments, commissions, board and institutions.
(b) The complete policy of the Village of Hicksville is attached to original Resolution 92-10, passed September 21, 1992, incorporated herein, and shall be posted at the Municipal Offices of the Village located at 111-113 South Main Street, Hicksville, Ohio.
