147.13 ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION FOR STATE WATER OR SEWER LICENSEES.

Any full-time hourly paid employee who, at the request of Council, successfully passes and obtains a State water or sewer license, shall be entitled to an increase in pay at the rate of fifty cents ($0.50) per hour.
