141.16 CHARGES FOR RESCUE COMPANY SERVICE.
   (a)   The services of the Rescue Company shall be billed to the patient, victim or other user of the services at the rate of eight hundred dollars ($800.00) for “basic life support (BLS), one thousand dollars ($1,000) for “advanced life support 1 (ALS1)”, one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500) for “advanced life support 2 (ALS2)” for the first hour, and one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each additional hour or part hour thereof. The time shall be computed from the initial call for assistance, and until the return of the Rescue Squad to the Fire Station. In addition, there shall be a flat fee (fixed charge) of one hundred ten dollars ($110.00) for response to the scene by the Rescue Company with no transport. In addition, there shall be a charge of fifteen dollars ($15.00) for each loaded mile traveled by the Rescue Company to any hospital or institution.
   (b)   A collection fee up to 40% of the balance to be assessed to unpaid bills which have been turned over to a collection agency is hereby established.
