There is hereby established a work period of fourteen days for all full-time police officers, specifically excluding the Police Chief. All full-time police officers will be paid at a rate of time and one-half for all hours in excess of eighty-six hours worked in any such fourteen-day work period. This section shall have no application to any part-time employees.
