135.13 OHIO WATER DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FUND.

(a) There is hereby created an Ohio Water Development Authority Fund for the purpose of accounting for loan monies related to infrastructure improvements of a wastewater treatment plant.

(b) The funds received shall be dispersed according to the applications upon which such funds were received and shall be used for infrastructure inside the Village.
