(a) The procedures set forth in Ohio R.C. 3929.86(C) and (D) are hereby adopted by the Village and made a part of this section.
(b) There is hereby established a separate fund to be designated the Fire Damage Insurance Claim Fund, in which shall be placed any insurance claim funds received as a result of the adoption of this section.
(c) The Mayor and the Fiscal Officer are hereby designated as the officers authorized to carry out the duties set forth in Ohio R.C. 3929.86(C) and (D). Either officer may perform the duties without the signature of the other.
(d) The Fiscal Officer is hereby authorized to send a certified copy of this section to the State Superintendent of Insurance.
